How to register for the Peresoft Client Area (end users) or Partner Area (dealers), and log in for the first time.

Managing Your User Profile on the Peresoft Website
How to update your username, email, password, profile image, forum preferences and signature in the Peresoft Partner Area.
Accessing Your Profile
Your profile is accessible from anywhere in the Partner Area. Click your username or the profile link in the navigation to go to User Profile. Your current profile image is displayed on the left, and a Profile Menu appears on the right-hand side with all available actions.
Editing Your Profile Details
From the Profile Menu, click Modify My Details. This opens the Modify User Preferences form where you can update:
- User Name — change your login username
- Email Address — update the email address associated with your account
- Change Password — enter a new password (maximum 10 characters) and confirm it in the field below
- Remember Password — tick this to have the site remember your login
- Receive Emails from Peresoft — tick to receive newsletters and communications from Peresoft
Click Update Your Preferences to save your changes.
Forum Message Display Preference
On the Modify My Details form you can set how far back forum messages are shown when you access the Forums. Options range from Last Day through to All Messages. Choose the range that suits how you work.
Forum Signature
You can set a signature that is automatically appended to your forum posts:
- On the Modify My Details form, tick Use Signature.
- Type your signature in the Signature field (rich text editor).
- Click Update Your Preferences to save.
Uploading a Profile Image
- From the Profile Menu, click Upload Profile Image.
- An upload form will expand — click Choose File and select your image.
- Click Submit.
Image requirements: JPG, PNG or GIF format · Maximum 1MB in size · Recommended maximum width of 250px.
Removing Your Profile Image
If you have a profile image set, a Remove Profile Image option will appear in the Profile Menu. Click it and confirm to revert to the default anonymous image.
Dealer/User Maintenance
Dealer accounts have an additional Dealer/User Maintenance option in the Profile Menu. This allows you to manage other users under your dealer account — adding, editing or removing users.
