Reinstalled Software Showing Software Assurance as Expired

After a reinstallation, SA may show as expired even if it was previously current. Steps to resolve.

Why Does SA Show as Expired After a Reinstall?

A reinstallation of any version requires SA to be updated if payments have not been made for the current year or any previous years.

How to Fix It

  1. Ensure all outstanding SA has been settled.
  2. Go to C/B Setup > License Activation.
  3. Run Obtain Licences from Peresoft.com to refresh the expiry date.

If SA is up to date but Obtain Licences still shows as expired, contact softwareassurance@peresoft.co.za.
