If your bank statement format or EFT output format is not currently in the Peresoft format list, you can apply for it to be developed. Once completed, all new formats are made available to all users.

Check first: Visit www.peresoft.com/formatfinder.cfm to search the full list before submitting a request.

To apply for a new RecXpress bank statement format, supply Peresoft with:

• A detailed record layout of your bank statement format (obtainable from your bank).
• The record types you are importing, e.g. bank charges, forex, interest.
• A sample file of at least 20 records covering a wide variety of entry types.
• The name of the bank and the specific import format to be used.
• A screenshot of the Client's License activation screen including their Client ID and Company Name.

To apply for a new EFTXpress bank format, supply Peresoft with:

• A detailed record layout of the EFT output format (obtainable from your bank).
• A sample output file for testing.
• The name of the bank and the format to be used (this name will appear in the EFTXpress Bank Formats list).
• A screenshot of the Client's License activation screen including their Client ID and Company Name.

Format Development Policy

• Each product purchase includes one free format. This must be claimed within 6 months of purchasing the product.
• Formats are only developed for supported versions of the software.
• Once your free format has been used, any future format requests are chargeable.
• Peresoft will only develop formats for clients who have already purchased the relevant product.
