Differences Between RecXpress for Cashbook and RecXpress for Bank Services
RecXpress is available in two editions — one integrated with Cashbook and one integrated with Bank Services. They differ in matching capabilities, reporting, and enquiry functions.
RecXpress is available in two editions depending on which Sage 300 module it is integrated with.
RecXpress for Cashbook:
- Integrated with Cashbook.
- Supports SFTP for automated bank statement retrieval.
- Retains a complete transaction history.
- Offers a broader range of reporting options.
- Supports Many Banks to One Statement, Many Statements to One Bank, and Many-to-Many matching.
RecXpress for Bank Services:
- Integrated with Bank Services only.
- Does not have comprehensive enquiry capabilities or the ability to drill down into transaction details.
- Supports Many Banks to One Statement and Many Statements to One Bank matching.
- Does not support Many-to-Many matching.
